I was invited to give a lecture to the Hispanic Outreach and Leadership Alliance (HOLA) group at Kennedy Space Center in Florida. I presented my current research on exoplanets and spoke about my career path as a Latina scientist to a great group of engineers and scientists.  After the lunchtime talk, we were given a VIP tour of KSC, including the roof of the Vehicle Assembly Building (VAB), the Flight Control Center, the Launch Equipment Test Facility, and Swampworks. Thank you to my hosts Kristina Irastorza and Nayza Caban, the (co)Chairs of the HOLA group.
